Sales Tax: 6% Kentucky Sales Tax will be charged to applicable buyers. If you are tax exempt, YOU MUST SUBMIT A TAX EXEMPT FORM to the Auctioneer by EMAIL to [email protected] when you are registering to bid. No exceptions!
Buyer’s Premium: A buyer's premium of fourteen percent (14%) of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price for the auction lot. Checkout/Pick up Location: Paris, KY Pickup is on set days only in Paris, KY all items must be picked up on or shipping arrangements made by December 21st. 12:00PM-3PM

Shipping Instructions: Mallory Auction Company can make shipping arrangements ( seller will be responsible for shipping cost and there will be an additional packaging fee! - The buyer is obligated to pay all shipping expenses. Special Terms of this Online Sale:
1. YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY should you be the winning bidder.

9. The Auction Company reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
10. Any Items NOT picked up during the scheduled pick-up day without other arrangements with the Auction Company…will be considered abandoned and forfeited. We will not and do not store or hold any items not picked up.
Mallory Auction company or homeowners are not responsible for any accidents or damaged items.
